The Workplace Partnership for Life is a nationwide network of employers and organizations offering education to employees, members and/or students about life-saving organ donation.
LifeLink and the transplant community share a common goal - to spread the word about this pressing issue until we live in a "donation friendly America." In order to reach this goal, the Workplace Partnership for Life encourages employers to provide their staff with donation related education.
Becoming a Workplace Partner is easy:
- Sign up and commit to provide your employees with information about organ and tissue donation. You may sign up by calling the Georgia Coalition on Donation at 866-57-SHARE (74273)
- Determine the best method of information distribution for your organization. This could be as simple as inserting a paycheck stuffer in each paycheck, sending around an e-mail newsletter, including donation education in an employee health fair or inviting a speaker to an employee program or staff meeting. Your outreach could be a one time effort or an ongoing relationship. All materials, requested speakers and other information will be provided at no charge.
As a result of becoming a Workplace Partner, employees and/or clients will receive valuable information and resources. Becoming a Workplace Partner is completely free.the only cost is a little love!
